Introducing the Realtor Desk Community
We just launched a community space where Canadian real estate agents using Realtor Desk can share tips, ask questions, and shape the product.
A space for Canadian agents using Realtor Desk to share tips, ask questions, and shape what we build next.
Realtor Desk users keep messaging us about the same problems — figuring out which CRM stages map to RECO's lead-handling rules, what "reasonable" response time means in practice, how other agents are wiring AI follow-ups without sounding like a bot. The answers are usually short. The path to those answers is currently "email support and wait," which doesn't scale and isn't where you want to live.
A community fixes both problems. You get a faster answer from people who've already been through it. We hear what's actually breaking in the field. And the conversations stick around for the next agent who hits the same wall.
We've set up a Discord server (free to join, mobile-native, no second password to remember) with a small set of channels:
- Tips & Tricks — power-user knowledge sharing. Drip-campaign templates that actually work, FINTRAC document checklists, what "best contact time" field people are populating with.
- Feature Requests — what should we build next? React-vote on threads, we read every one.
- Canadian Market Talk — RECO/OACIQ/RECA/RECBC chatter, provincial regulation updates, the open-house circuit by city.
- AI & Automation — how realtors are actually using the AI features. What works, what falls flat, prompts that surprise you.
- Bugs & Support — for discussion of issues. (Actual support tickets still go through in-app — that's how we track and respond.)
- Be respectful. No harassment, no slurs.
- No selling, no recruiting, no MLM links.
- No client PII. If you're discussing a real situation, anonymize it.
- English or French — both welcome, neither required to translate.
Free to join, no Realtor Desk subscription required. Click the button below or find the link in your account menu inside the app.
We're staffing the channels actively for the first 30 days — staff replies within 12 hours, no question is too small. After that we expect the regulars to do most of the answering, with us nudging conversations and dropping product updates in the announcements channel.
Free to join. Bring your curiosity and one tip from your last deal.
